Pocono Pads allows owners to be as much a part of the process as they would like. From listing creation, booking management, and hosting, we can customize each property based on you the owner’s expectations and risk profile. We have expert knowledge of listing pricing and optimization.

Online – We will handle everything up until the day of check in. Once the guest checks in, we hand them off to you, the owner (or your designated host), for the duration of the stay. Once the guest checks out, we handle all the follow up tasks to ensure a GREAT REVIEW and REPEAT GUEST. Any cleaning, maintenance, and repairs are the responsibility of the owner. However, we will offer advice and network contacts every step of the way.

Full-Service – Everything included in the above online management service description plus we handle the guest(s) for the entire duration of stay. In addition, we schedule and coordinate any cleaning, maintenance, inventory management, landscaping, and minor repairs. Your property will also be featured on our direct booking platform and social media outlets.

Yes. You will have access to your calendar and will be able to block any dates you desire.
